It is used for the surface bonding and protection of aluminum plastic film in the process of hot pressing of pouch batteries and polymer lithium cells.
The PET film is coated with a unique electrolyte-resistant hot melt adhesive layer, and then dried and processed, mainly used to improve the overall drop resistance of the battery.
PTFE COATED FIBERGLASS FABRIC ADHESIVE TAPES is the one using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film as base material. Single surface treated and coated with silicone adhesive with excellent heat resistance. The tape exhibits superior features such as desirable electrical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance and non-adhesiveness.
The unique flame retardant acrylic glue is coated on the PI film, and then dried and processed, the tape can reach V-0 flame retardant grade, which is mainly used for lithium battery tabs protection and fixation, and lithium battery folding and fixation.
This product is an industrial adhesive tape composed of ultra-thin PET as the substrate, double-sided/single-sided uniform coating of acrylate-type polymer adhesive, composite release film.
The PET film is coated with a unique electrolyte-resistant acrylic glue drying and processed into tape, and then the two-dimensional code, cursor positioning hole and other information are engraved on the surface of the tape to facilitate real-time traceability of subsequent cells and equipment positioning.
